The house is located in a quite residential area of the "Outer" Cape. It is situated close to a grassy marsh with a beautiful view of CapeCod Bay.

It is located a good distance off Rte 6 between the Audoban Society land and Lieutenant's Island in South Wellfleet.

It has two bedrooms including a large master bedroom with a 12 foot sliding glass door leading out to a deck that overlooks the marsh and the bay. It has two full baths and the master bathroom has a sliding glass door leading to a private sunning deck.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, mixer, blender, a very good selection of pots, pans and cooking utensils. There are tile counters and wood floors throughout the house.

The living space is a combination of dinning room and large living room. The dinning area has 20 feet of continous windows with an adjacent 12 foot slider leading to a large triangular deck (with table chairs and umbrella for outside dining and relaxation).

You are close to both the town beaches along the Atlantic Ocean and the Marconi beach which is part of the National Seashore. Wellfleet has at least three fresh water ponds for swimming with sandy bottoms and a quaint town center which is home to many local artists and galleries.

The town pier offers boat rentals, resturants and there is even a 9 hole golf course with beautiful views of the harbor, the bay and the marshes of Wellfleet.
